Really? No. I don't use it even in Word, that's how much. The scroll wheel is located too far from the keys to be interesting. The windows surface scroll wheel is, in itself, very interesting, but here we are far from being useful, amha.
Your problem is similar to the one described on Github.

I had problems with my iMac for some time with the keyboard not connecting. Since resetting the keyboard everything works like a charm.
Logitech Craft Hard Reset.
1. un-pair it.
2.Press "Escape", "o", "Escape", "o", "Escape", "b".
I purchased the Swiss German keyboard layout here on digitec. If they do not offer the keyboard layout for UK or US English you can order directly from Logitech in Switzerland. They have a Swiss site available in English. After you select "Buy Now" you can select the preferred layout you wish to order.
Data transfer via USB connection is not possible. This connection is used exclusively for charging the battery. Data is transmitted exclusively via Bluetooth. Thus, the Bluetooth driver is absolutely necessary for data transmission. From my point of view, less usable for the above-mentioned purposes. For LapTop it does not matter, because the keyboard is available.

The Logitech keys are a little brighter when I compare them to photos. The iMac keyboard has a little brighter aluminium. With the Logitech keyboard, you have mostly plastic. But at least the front part is pretty matching.
The Windows key is the key labelled Start. The right-click key could be the penultimate key at the top right, at least the symbolism matches my current Logitech keyboard.
I love this keyboard. Top quality and therefore also heavy for a keyboard. However, since I don't use the programmes mentioned, I can't answer the question. I would look in the programme settings to see which options are possible for assigning keys or wheels.
This works without any problems. If you have a second Unifying dongle, it can be paired via the "Logitech Options" app on the second PC. There are three buttons on the keyboard for switching between the different PCs. I myself have two PCs and an iPad paired via Bluetooth.
Regarding the price in general, I can only say that "manufacturer's recommended price" and market price are usually very very different. You do not pay a premium for the Adobe subscription here, as the keyboard is also sold at this price +/- at other dealers.
Regarding the model: On the Logitech page, the same manufacturer's no. ("Suisse / Swiss (Qwertz): PN: 920-008498") as on this item, so I assume it is exactly this model.
