Question about Logitech Craft

Hello all I've had the keyboard since last week. I am basically satisfied. However, there is sometimes a scratching noise with the rotary control (not mechanical but more like from a loudspeaker). Is this normal?

I don't know this from my Logitech Craft, no. I would have it checked/exchanged.
