Unfortunately, during the "hot phase" of the pandemic, it was not only here that there were delivery problems as far as webcams were concerned. I ordered one from another supplier who told me it would be delivered in a week. Six months later I sent the seventh cancellation email, they couldn't get through by phone.... It gave me grey hair ;-)
Digitec is simply worlds better. Also when it comes to the expected (!) delivery dates.
Hello
I also just tore it off, as in the video, and it worked. It's best to open the holder completely, hold the cam with one hand on both sides and tilt the holder downwards with the other hand. The first time it holds relatively tightly, then it's easier.
As far as I know, there is, for example, an annual licence for Xsplit and others that are interesting for streamers. From my point of view, the cam hardware is technically 1:1 the same. :)
Perhaps because of the following? https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc...
Directly below the product images, for example, there is also a list [All suppliers].
The USB 3.0 cable is of high quality and therefore very thick and heavy. The small USB-C socket of the camera takes the equally small USB-C plug of the cable ... but at the other end of the cable it is not a USB C.
The camera has a USB C.
The cable is USB C to USB A.
But if you use a USB C cable, it should also work.
Apparently, they are the same product (there is an error in the description, the 2 are 8.8 Mpx (4k). The more expensive one is at the old Logitech list price!
I bought the cheaper one (without the discount) and it works perfectly (great image quality and powerful microphone)
However, you have to update the firmware of the camera because without it it "lags".
According to our information, you can actually make certain colour settings in the camera settings app. You should also be able to set the resolution in the capture app. https://prosupport.logi.com/hc...
It works perfectly. I have my Logitech Brio on my MacBook Pro (MAC OS Catalina). I have also done tests with MAC OS BigSur and the camera works perfectly there too.
AFAIK, the foot of the Stream Edition cannot be removed but has real joints instead of bending elements. Furthermore, the Stream Edition comes with a software licence aimed at streamers (don't ask me what that was...).
What kind of question is that?
If you want one with H.264, then buy another one. In any case, this one has a sensational picture and is the absolute hammer in the home office in terms of picture and sound. I really can't imagine anything better at this price/performance ratio.
