Apparently, they are the same product (there is an error in the description, the 2 are 8.8 Mpx (4k). The more expensive one is at the old Logitech list price!
I bought the cheaper one (without the discount) and it works perfectly (great image quality and powerful microphone)
However, you have to update the firmware of the camera because without it it "lags".
