Now I am looking for an adapter where I can connect my DP cable to my monitor (HDMI socket). But I can't find such a product. Thank you for your advice on where I can find such a connector.Show in original language (German)3 answers

The audio signal should NOT be decoded by the PC, but by the receiver (the receiver displays the codec used). The only HDMI port of the GPU is already occupied. It is also not possible to pass this on to the receiver and from the receiver, i.e. the receiver does not pass on any HDMI output. As far as I know, a passive adapter should do the job. Is this adapter suitable for this? Thank you and greetings Show in original language (German)1 answerSlyMerlin4 years ago000I think it will transmit the audio correctly, but otherwise it's pretty much a bottleneck for modern HDMI standards: http://logilink.org/media/datasheets/CV0057.pdf Is an HDMI 2.0 splitter for the output of the GPU not an option?Show in original language (German)
