It needs a 1/4 inch screw like the ones used on camera tripods. The projector can therefore be screwed onto a camera tripod. The linked ceiling mount does not work. The projector has a built-in battery and is extremely portable. For a permanent installation, I would have recommended a larger, brighter projector.
No, unfortunately this is not possible with the beamer. I recommend using a projector that has Airplay.
I also had connection problems, but then I found a few films on YouTube that helped. The mobile phone has to be connected to the HDMI port of the beamer. I had to buy an HDMI cable and an adapter so that I could connect it to the mobile phone. In the mobile phone settings, go to Mirroring. Bluetooth is for audio devices (speakers, headphones). The device has worked well with Netflix and Disney when I travelled in my hotel room.
The projector has a normal 1/4 inch thread (max. 4.5 mm), which is more common for cameras (or studio equipment, lamps, etc.). You can find various solutions for this from different suppliers if you look up "ceiling mount for camera" in Google, for example. At Digitec, for example, there is this: Elgato Wall Mount. If you search for "ceiling mount for projector", I don't think you'll find much. They are usually designed for projectors with 4 screws in a different weight class.
It is not a short-distance projector that can be placed very close to the wall like some (always expensive) models. According to the manual, it starts at a distance of 77 cm with a screen diagonal of 63 cm (16:9 format) and goes up to a distance of 3 m with a screen diagonal of 2.54 m according to the manual.
The room should be at least slightly darkened
*Yes :) After asking the supplier, I was indeed mistaken. The projector can be mounted on any tripod that can support a weight of ~2Kg and that has a 1/4" screw like for example https://www.galaxus.ch/en/comparison/10882288-11269514-10882287-6919830-5833895
