Answer

It needs a 1/4 inch screw like the ones used on camera tripods. The projector can therefore be screwed onto a camera tripod. The linked ceiling mount does not work.
The projector has a built-in battery and is extremely portable. For a permanent installation, I would have recommended a larger, brighter projector.
