Question about LG PH510PG
When ordering at the lower price of approx. 261EUR, 4 units were still shown in the "external warehouse" - then the delivery date was not met and now on 5.7. at the higher price, 2 units are still shown as being in stock in the "external warehouse" - but further on it only says "Unfortunately, the goods were not delivered to us on time. As soon as we receive an update from the supplier, it will be displayed here. Can it be that one is allowed to watch a live commercial fraud here, in which first orders are lured at a favourable price, the advance payment is pocketed to improve liquidity, but then deliberately not delivered?
Delivery was on 7.7.22 - so more than a week. The projector was in perfect condition, even though the manufacturer's packaging was loose in a large cardboard box without any padding. Technically, the device delivers everything that was to be expected and with 550lm also enough brightness for a presentation with 2m diagonal in a not too bright room. Wireless screen mirroring from an Android smartphone works. The short-term price jumps that can be observed here are irritating and can thus additionally contribute to a negative assessment of this retailer if one already experiences delivery time delays for inexplicable reasons. I recommend that Galaxus coordinate its delivery policy with its suppliers in a more customer-friendly way and also offer more payment methods that shift less of the payment risk to the customer. In my case, for the sake of fairness, I would like to emphasise that in the end the delivery was positive, even though I don't know whether this would have been the case without a massive complaint.
