Hello. No is not possible
We provide a cable with a Swiss plug, if this is not the case, it is an oversight on our part and you should contact customer service.
I am not 100% sure... but I doubt that a 4k signal can be transmitted via DVI, but max. Full HD. and if the docking station doesn't have more modern connections like DisplayPort, mini DisplayPort or HDMI, then I also doubt that your laptop can produce a 4k signal with the necessary power... Greetings
I am not quite sure. The manual says something about Freesync, but nothing directly about Freesync 2. Manual: https://www.lg.com/hk_en/support/support-product/lg-27UL500-W
You can use it without any problems. Greetings
MUST. Whether Digitec can also manage it logistically when it is necessary, that is the other question. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance comes with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. It was like that for me, yes. I had to take an adapter with it. But it's cheap.
According to the current specifications of the product on the Digitec website, an adapter is included.
