Hello Help Center Team Why is it not possible to get product advice directly from you? Neither by phone, nor via chat, nor via phone and also not via mail? Isn't that strange? I wanted to enquire about the following: 1- I wanted to make sure what is being delivered here - i.e. the configuration. Sometimes information in the product specification is not correct and this can change at any time. 2- Can the problems mentioned here in the community in the last few months with the fan and motherboard still occur, or has Galaxus already been able to eliminate them with the supplier and manufacturer? Hello With my PC the upper HDMI connection did not work properly and it was impossible to get into the BIOS to adjust the fan speed to a tolerable level! to a tolerable level! At the beginning still with lower HDMI connection. I returned it to digitec and it was repaired under warranty. I also got a warranty extension. Disadvantage: Two good weeks without a PC. Supposedly only fan replaced, probably also motherboard. To all those with fan noise, have PC repaired under warranty. Greetings superhen

There is a way to update the warranty with the proof of purchase. It should be at least 12 months. Often even 24 months for Switzerland

The ventilation is very loud and runs permanently from switch-on, even if no programme is open (processor utilisation 1 - 2 %). Trying to change the ITS performance mode (Best Performance or Best Experience) did nothing. Does anyone know a remedy? Does it make sense to contact Lenovo support?

I can't recommend the support. Just hang up the phone while talking. My PC works quietly again when I disconnect it completely from the power supply. Unfortunately, this doesn't help permanently, but it's always better than the noise.

On the one hand it says that four monitors can be connected, on the other hand it says that there is only one HDMI and one VGA port... that doesn't add up. What is really the matter? What connections does the graphics card have?

On other pages there is talk of two monitors and, as you have already seen, the device only has 1x VGA and 1x HDMI. Ergo, a maximum of two are possible.
