Why is it not possible to get product advice directly from you? Neither by phone, nor via chat, nor via phone and also not via mail? Isn't that strange? I wanted to enquire about the following:
1- I wanted to make sure what is being delivered here - i.e. the configuration. Sometimes information in the product specification is not correct and this can change at any time.
2- Can the problems mentioned here in the community in the last few months with the fan and motherboard still occur, or has Galaxus already been able to eliminate them with the supplier and manufacturer?

The used PC is delivered as described in the specifications. We are not aware of any problems in this context.
