good evening, can anyone tell me if this is compatible with Thinkpad L13 yoga Gen4 (AMD)? the notebook has a sim slot but I believe the WWAN module is not integrated but only arranged

Point 1: No, this is a 4G/LTE modem. Point 2: If I am looking for a Thinkpad T480, it should actually already have WWAN on board as standard. If it still doesn't, at least this modem is listed as compatible.
