good evening, can anyone tell me if this is compatible with Thinkpad L13 yoga Gen4 (AMD)? the notebook has a sim slot but I believe the WWAN module is not integrated but only arranged

There are many different types of modems. Not every one fits into every computer or is accepted.
It is best to check first what exactly is installed (always work with the serial number).

According to the description, a modem should already be installed.
If not, it would be a L860-GL-16 CAT16 LTE.
