You can use the Lauben Low Sugar Rice Cooker with the low-sugar function as well as in normal mode. - The low sugar function makes it possible to prepare rice with around 40 per cent less carbohydrates by cooking the rice in a grid insert and adding the water separately. - In normal mode, you can use the rice cooker like a conventional rice cooker by adding rice and water directly to the ceramic pot and setting the appliance to the "Quick Cook" or other desired function. Both operating modes are possible and can be selected according to your needs and preferences.

Can you also wash and cook quinoa with it?

Washing is definitely not an option, but cooking - as with other rice cookers - is, even if there is no special button for this. If you do need a button, you might want to look at products from companies like "Reishunger".

This is noted in the specifications under "May be equipped with a power adapter". In such cases, a free fix adapter should be sent with the device. If you have not received one, you are welcome to contact us via the Galaxus Assistant so that it can be sent to you. We apologise for the inconvenience.
