Oh yes it is... This is without doubt a 375W version (according to the sticker under the base of the stand mixer 5KSM70SHXEPP - 375W).
All "stirring" accessories are made by heavy duty stainless steel, and feel extremely well put together compared to the older Classic models.
Mine came with a EU plug but an adapter was included, so all happy and great price compared to KitchenAids own direct web-site...
