Hello, After checking with the supplier, it's a Gateron Jupiter Banana Switch (actuation force: 59 cN).
Thank you for sharing your experience with our Community. We kindly ask you to write future reviews in the area provided so that they can help future customers with their purchase.
On the backside of the keyboard is a small slider with which you can switch between Mac and Windows. The @ is in a different position on Mac, which is probably why it doesn't work.
It is working normally with mine (just tested in Mac and WIN mode by using the switch on the backside). I would try factory resetting the keyboard by pressing fn + J + Z for 4 seconds and see if it solves the problem. Maybe also flashing an updated firmware. Hope it helps.
I was able to do some research and unfortunately we don't currently have the version with the Gateron Jupiter Banana Switches in our range. Unfortunately, I can't say at the moment when and if it will be available again. I have linked the following keyboard alternatives for you, which would still be interesting and have the Gateron Jupiter Banana Switches built in: - Keychron Q1 Max, US With US layout - Keychron Q2 Max, CH](https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/keychron-q2-max-ch-kabellos-kabelgebunden-tastatur-49548707) With CH layout - Keychron Q3 Max, CH](https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/keychron-q3-max-ch-kabellos-kabelgebunden-tastatur-49548702) With CH layout
