Because I've tried both layouts to activate the @ key on the keyboard, but this same keyboard doesn't have the @ logo on it. Even that doesn't work, and there are plenty of tutorials on the "Keychron Q1 Max" in English.

Accepted Answer

On the backside of the keyboard is a small slider with which you can switch between Mac and Windows. The @ is in a different position on Mac, which is probably why it doesn't work.
