Questions about Kenwood KVC3100.W

Is the mixing glass included or not? Unfortunately, it was not included in my delivery today, although it was clearly pictured. In the sparse text, the 3 kneading/mixing tools and the spatula supplied are also noted and are nevertheless included. The clarification via customer service is still ongoing.
