It comes with an adhesive DAB+ antenna for a windscreen. I am still satisfied with the reception. I can't say anything about the adapter for a Nissan.

a microphone from a sony car radio or the one from kennwood will fit, but not the one from pioner. it is best to get one from a car electrician.
