The Pulse 2 can be connected to each other. However, a Pulse 2 and a Pulse 1 cannot, as the Pulse 1 does not have the "JBL Connect" feature (at least it is not mentioned anywhere).
Unfortunately, we cannot say if or when this item will be available with us again. Should a reintroduction be possible in the future, we will gladly endeavour to do so.
Should be under warranty. If necessary, first try an update for the speaker (install the JBL app on the mobile phone). I had a problem once and the update fixed it.
