Hello all, Since the headset works with Dect, I would like to know if it also radiates when it is on the DokcingStation... or does it also have a so-called Eco Dect integrated? I couldn't find out... Thanks for your answers!

Hello When the corresponding PC is switched off, the unit does not charge via the power supply unit as it should. Who else has this problem? Thank you for your help. When the PC is switched off, the green light of the Akus should be on.

Is the earhook attachment included in the scope of delivery? The Manuel says that this depends on the region.

Hello Martin. The base is included. The headset works via DECT and cannot be used without the base. The power supply unit included in the scope of delivery powers the base and charges the headset battery via the base. Please. Greetings Sven

Hello I have ordered the Jabra Pro 930 and the adapter cable Jabra 14201-10 for my Alcatel Lucent desk phone. I have asked you if this works, but somehow I cannot connect the phone to the Jabra. Is this the case?

hello i bought the jabra for my staff and it works great. but it doesn't work on my phone. i can't pick up, i don't have a ring tone, nothing. can it be because my phone is the central one for everyone? i really don't know what the problem is.
