Compatibility with Bluetooth adapters from other manufacturers cannot be guaranteed.
I have had experience with the Jabra Motion and the Plantronics Voyager Legend. Unfortunately, I can't help you with regard to wearing them with hearing aids.
Personally, I ended up with the Plantronics Voyager Legend.
The Jabra didn't react so well with the sensors, regularly disconnected from the smartphone (Android and iPhone), and didn't sit tight enough on my ear and was too uncomfortable to wear.
However, the voice quality of the device is very good.
I can't assure you that it is compatible with the Samsung S7, but I see no reason why it shouldn't be...
We've connected them to iPhone 4S, older Nokia models (6300 and N97) and also to the Huawei Honor 8, and it works great.

In principle, any Bluetooth dongle is compatible
You just need to get one that is not linked to a single device (like, not the one that comes with a keyboard)
But all those sold ONLY are compatible
Yes, but only if you buy the USB bluetooth interface because Skype for business requires a USB interface. So it's the 139.00 model that you need to buy if you want it to work.
