Hi, I don't think there is really a difference, the MS is preconfigured for Microsoft Skype for Business as far as I can see, and Microsoft certified. No difference in connectivity.

Yes, I had to do that after I broke mine. For synchronisation, there is a software from jabra that has to be loaded onto the PC.
