Question about Jabra Evolve 65

I think the problem might be not with the headset, but with the power saving settings on the Windows side. I've had similar very annoying problem with mice, both USB and Bluetooth, both on the latest Intel and AMD systems.
What worked for me:
- Go to Windows Device Manager
- Switch the view to "Devices by connection"
- Identify the USB root hub and all intermediate USB devices which are in the chain of your USB dongle for the headset
- on each of the USB devices: right click, go to Power management, uncheck the box "Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power"

What are you connecting it to? Are you using the little usb connector?
You might want to reset the connection.
Mine does not do that... connection is always good.
