In an article about the new Nvidia RTX GPUs, an official answer came regarding the topic: https://www.digitec.ch/de/page/wann-kommt-der-grafikkarten-preissturz-8777#cm-post-answer_26773 Conclusion: Digitec also considered this, but decided against it in the end, as some people might have already used the product before release.
It is incomparably good.
What exactly is the difference? Is it worth cancelling it now and buying the tray version?
The tray version has no warranty and comes without pretty packaging/instructions. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000024255/processors.html

https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i9-9900X-vs-Intel-Core-i9-9900K/m639130vs4028 In my opinion, the X CPUs are no longer as worthwhile as they used to be, the 9900K is really the best for gaming. Also for video work I would pass on the X and stick with a 9900K, check out the link and make up your own mind
...the prices are about always the same, is no action!
:-) :-) :-)
Sell mine if interested for only CHF 6'000.-, plus I'll throw in my bike ;)
It always depends on your case and whether you want to overclock or not. Since the i9900K gets pretty hot, you can't go wrong with an AIO like NZXT Kraken x62 incl. AM4 (3cm) or Corsair H150i Pro. You can also use an air cooler without any problem https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/ratings/noctua-nh-d15-1650cm-cpu-kuehler-2580255#rating or be quiet! Pure Rock (15.50cm) There are others listed in the accessories for the i9
Hello The i9900K for 564 still comes with the fancy box. I don't think so with this one. Google i9900K Tray Version...

We're sorry, that is indeed a mistake. I have now deactivated the price in lieu.
Hi Quote from jan heidenreich dated 15.12.2018: "We also offer a 3-year warranty on the tray version." https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/page/intel-i9-9900k-neu-ab-lager-verfuegbar-9718
Costs just as much as boxed...and others offer the boxed version for far less.
Exactly. ;-)
No. You need a mainboard with a 300 series chipset. E.G. Z390.
Hi, the Tampa2 motherboard doesnt support according to the datasheet. The most recent and powerful CPU you can install is the i7 9700k.
This would not work as the CPU is not compatible with the chipset of the mainboard (at least 300 chipset). However, the CPU is end of life with us and will therefore no longer be supplied.

A good 500W power supply is sufficient (a 450W is probably also sufficient). Outside of Prime 95, the CPU is actually not such a glutton. MFG Junta
