Will it fit my PC if I now have Intec Core I7-8700k?
As far as I know, it should work because it has the same socket. However, the i9 is a new generation while your motherboard is probably still a z370 and perfectly matched to your i7. So if you're upgrading, you might consider upgrading your motherboard to a z390 to make the upgrade worthwhile. But now you have to think about what you need the CPU for. Most games are rather graphics card-heavy and your i7 is absolutely sufficient. There are exceptions here too.....My Cities Skyline, for example, completely exhausts the i9 for me (with about 200 active mods, though). It always depends on what you need it for.
But if you don't really need the performance yet, I would wait in your case. Your 8700k is a good processor that will get you through the next 2-3 years. And if you haven't overclocked it yet, this is the easiest way to get more performance out of it. The 8700k is predestined for this!
Only important here is cooling -> My tip: thermal paste and a Corsair H80i or larger.
