Technically there is no difference, it's just the colour, this one is black and this one Instant Pot Pro Multicooker EU - Graphite - 112-0300-01-EU (EU plug) is dark grey with silver above the display.

Instant Pot Pro has the following dimensions: 32.2 x 32.5 x 33.1 cm.
The size with 8L (item 17667492) is unfortunately sold out. Unfortunately, I cannot say if and when it will be available again.
