According to my information, this should work in principle. However, if you are explicitly looking for a cable with the reference, then the following cable supports Dolby Vision according to the manufacturer's page: Belkin ULTRA-HIGHSPEED-HDMI-CABEL (2m)

PS: Attached is an interesting article entitled "You don't need new HDMI cables for Dolby Vision HDR": https://www.cnet.com/news/you-dont-need-new-hdmi-cables-for-dolby-vision-hdr/
If you want to use the UHD box from Swisscom, you must use a 4K cable. Otherwise HDCP 2.2 is not available and you cannot watch 4K programmes on your TV. Of course, you also need the corresponding TV and possibly an AVR that can process these signals.
As far as I know, every HDMI cable supports ARC. However, the devices themselves must support ARC. In the case of the TV, this is often only 1 HDMI connection that is also labelled with ARC.
Enclosed is more information about ARC: http://www.welches-hdmi-kabel.de/hdmi-arc/
My use of the cable is as follows:
From PC(office) to PC(office) via Wi-Fi, FullHD+ 3D video data is transferred, PC(office) is connected to a Sony TV (FullHD+3D) with the extended HDMI cable, all content is transferred smoothly.
