Indeed I had the same problem when I got my automower. I decided to call the galaxus help desk, which after some further research found out that they are able to generate the husqvarna automower pin numbers. Once I got that number and entered it in the it worked fine. Like you I recommended to add specific instructions for getting that pin number in the galaxus communications with the customer. Apparently that has still not been implemented by Galaxus.
Works perfectly. Should be 3G.
As far as I'm concerned, my Husqvarna mower works with the cable I laid for a Robomow! The distances at which the wire is laid in relation to obstacles between the Robomow and the Husqvarna are not the same, but it is possible to modify the advance of the mower in relation to the wire. The only thing I have added is a supplementary wire in the central part of the lawn to return the mower to the base. This avoids having the mower return to the base using the perimeter wire and the mower getting stuck in one place or another. To sum up, I kept the old wire from a different brand for my new mower and it works perfectly. My obstacles are hedges, patio slabs and walls. Perhaps I just need to check whether the distances at which the wire is laid are the same with the 2 mowers.

So far - after a good month - the little guy is running perfectly!
This is the predecessor model. The sales start of the new 2022 model is only from May 2022.

Everything is included, including the spare set of blades, but the starter for laying the boundary and guide cables must be ordered separately!
The product is supplied with a CH plug.
