I searched in vain for at least 2 hours for a pin code. Until I read in the webshop that this has to be requested from you. I think it's a shame that you don't point this out in an email. Who reads the advertisements when they know exactly what product they want to buy? This is very weak for Galaxus. I have now sent an email to husqvarna@digitecgalaxus.ch with the serial number that is clearly visible on the outside of the packaging. Why not write the pin on the invoice?

Indeed I had the same problem when I got my automower. I decided to call the galaxus help desk, which after some further research found out that they are able to generate the husqvarna automower pin numbers. Once I got that number and entered it in the it worked fine.

Like you I recommended to add specific instructions for getting that pin number in the galaxus communications with the customer. Apparently that has still not been implemented by Galaxus.
