It works quite well with an iPhone, but I noticed that it disconnects when you go more than 7-8 m far from the phone, or go into next room in my apartment. I used with my Samsung phone as well and it stayed connected everywhere I go in my apartment.
I answer myself! I put the link of the Watch 3 and not the GT3 :-)
Watch 3 = esim
GT3 = Bluetooth

Yes, the Mate 50 will also work without any problems.

Yes, it is. According to the manufacturer, at least HarmonyOS 2 must be installed, so the Pro 50 can be used there without any problems.
