On the Huawei website, he talks about an esim : https://consumer.huawei.com/ch-fr/wearables/watch-3/ Is this really the case, are all GT3s esim compatible?

I answer myself! I put the link of the Watch 3 and not the GT3 :-)
Watch 3 = esim
GT3 = Bluetooth
