Hey! Smart Charge has been added to EMUI 9.1 and later versions and is enabled by default. Using your phone in this mode for an extended period of time while charging or charging your phone for an extended period of time may trigger the Smart Charge control. Navigate to Settings > Battery > More battery settings and check if the Smart Charge switch is available at the bottom. If it is, the Smart Charge function is supported; otherwise, the function is not supported. The Smart Charge function can learn your charging habits and intelligently control charging to extend battery life. It does not indicate that the device or battery is defective. To see if your phone has stopped charging because Smart Charge is enabled, navigate to Settings > Battery. There, check if Smart Charge Enabled is displayed (see the figure below). If this is the case, the phone is no longer charging because Smart Charge is activated. If this is not the case, charging does not stop because of Smart Charge. The solution would be: 1. for longer battery life, it is recommended to leave Smart Charge enabled and disconnect the charger immediately when the battery is fully charged. 2. you can disable Smart Charge to fully charge your phone by navigating to Settings > Battery > More battery settings > Smart Charge. If you leave Smart Charge enabled, avoid charging for a long period of time. The system will automatically stop charging and your phone will be fully charged. Dardan from HUAWEI
I can't say anything about ZKB Banking, but all Google apps no longer work. I had several apps that log in via Google authentication and they no longer work either. Youtube etc. only runs in the browser. Unfortunately, I use too many Google products and they all only run in the browser, which was unusable for me.
No the Postfinance app is one of the few where it is not available, and if you download the APK it would not work either. Greetings Markus H
I don't think so. I received the Huawei MediaPad M5 Lite (10.10", 32GB, Space Gray) in addition to the Huawei P40 Pro (5G). By the way, it does have Google services installed. However, it runs Android version 8.0.0. A very good media pad.
We don't have plans to offer the 4th colour at the moment, sorry.
So everything works for me! There is no app that doesn't work. Twint, cantonal bank app, crypto apps, youtube, fb, whatsapp, anything. Just look for p40 pro gms on youtube. But I think the current price is a bit steep when I paid just under 400 for the phone. Greetings
Side loading would be a possibility; there are some instructions on the Internet. However, I strongly advise against buying a phone that does not have the Google Play Store. The risk of catching something is not insignificant. There are enough very good alternatives, e.g. from Google, Oppo, One Plus or Xiaomi, and the risk of having to struggle with an unsupported Huawei phone is not worth it in my opinion.
The question has already been answered here: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/questionandanswer/kurze-frage-ist-das-p40pro-nur-fuer-sunrise-netzwerke-5g-faehig-weil-ich-besitze-ein-swisscom-abo-da-439051?producttypeid=24
Thank you very much for the information!
Yes. It is installed under the display.
5G also switched on? It took me a while to realise that there is an extra on off button for 5G.
Yes works
With the use of an eSIM, the second available slot in the dual SIM model of the Huawei P40 Pro remains empty and a Nano Memory Card from Huawei can be used. In the dual SIM version, each card slot can be used for the primary or secondary SIM card. Only the primary SIM card can use the 5G network. I haven't tried it myself yet, but according to Huawei it should work.
Unfortunately, the promotion is already gone. :(
Please watch this video to get the answer. Thank https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Dsr4ssq3a8
You can't make a general statement like that. Depending on the bank, yes or no. Theoretically, you can access any bank that allows wen-based access. You have to clarify with your bank whether you will have a dedicated app.
No Google services work. By default on the device
unfortunately I don't have a Tesla and can't answer the question
Everything works, UBS eBanking with Access App, Raiffeisen eBanking with PhotoTAN and both Twint.
You can download all apps on huawei's own browser, there is a link at the top right to continue using exactly such apps even without google. e-banking etc... I know that these also work in the meantime Huawei is doing everything it can to use their devices as well as possible without Google.
Ok... I'm stupid ! SIM card in SIM1 and NM in SIM2 and not the opposite, lol !
