I bought a Huawei MediaPad T3 10. The description from Digitec says: The Huawei MediaPad T3 10 WIFI/LTE Tablet is..... Unfortunately, the device I bought does not have a SIM slot, so I think the description is incorrect.

No, it doesn't. You can tell that from the title: if it says 4G, it has a sim slot, if it says nothing, it does not. Here is an example of a tablet with: Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2019) (10.10", 32GB, 4G, Black)
