The 256 GB version has the Face Unlock function.
Whether an item is included in a promotion depends heavily on supply and demand, as well as on the supplier. In this case, only the 128GB version was included in the promotion.
The device was released at the end of 2018. There is a good chance that it will no longer be manufactured.
