Can the device now scan to folder? I don't always want to start the PC when I scan a document and want it to scan down to a NAS network drive.

Does the cashback really apply? According to HP's website (link under details), this only applies to selected laser printers. However, this is an ink tank printer and is not on the cashback list.

Ink bottles are already included with the printer. These include two black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow ink bottle, which last for up to 12,000 black and 8,000 colour pages. So you don't need to order ink separately to get started.

What confuses me is that I can't see anywhere whether the machine can duplex scan - my 9012 can, so for 300 I would hope that this machine can scan both sides? Thanks for a quick reply :)

Hello, I haven't tested it with a marker, but you have to let the ink dry well... more than on a regular inkjet...

1. both printers have the same manufacturer number 28C02A#BHC, so there should be no significant difference. We separate them for logistical reasons, as the barcodes are different and the purchasing conditions also differ depending on the source of supply. 2. the recommended print volume according to https://www8.hp.com/h20195/V2/GetPDF.aspx/c07769684 is between 400 and 1200 pages. According to the data sheet, the maximum monthly print volume is 6000 pages.
