Yes, C6 or B6 letters can be printed. Insert lengthwise when feeding single sheets. I also print on such envelopes.

The printer can accept A4 size paper but cannot print to the edge (this is normal for office printers).
No, this is a pure printer without a scan function.
What is the condition of the toner cartridges? Have you replaced them or how many are left to print?
