Yes, there is the ink cartridges included for the first uses. :)
I have Mac OS Big Sur 11.4 on my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020) and the HP DeskJet 3750 works beautifully over wireless.

Normally there are test cartridges (black and colour) sold with the product, yes.
