Hauppauge WinTV HVR-935HD
USB, DVB-T2, DVB-C, DVB-T
Thanks for the interesting answer. I had a PCI E card in the big PC (noisy box under the desk) for TV reception. Now I have a small, fine solution, but without a PCI E slot. The card in the slot also had only one antenna connection, but 2 tuners. It was possible to record 2 programmes at the same time with the DVB Viewer recording service. That's why I asked about my experience with a previously unusable stick from Terratec.

Yes, it is possible to operate several Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-935HD devices simultaneously on one PC, but there are some restrictions and requirements: - The Hauppauge WinTV v8, v8.5 or WinTV v10 application supports up to 4 WinTV-HVR-935HD devices in one system at the same time. This means that you can use a maximum of four of these devices to record four different signals at the same time. So for your requirement to record five analogue signals at the same time, four devices would be sufficient, but you would need to find another solution for the fifth signal.
Automatically generated from the .Perhaps the designation was chosen somewhat inappropriately. It is not called Quad Tuner, but Quad Mode TV Tuner on the product picture. In any case, it is only a tuner that supports the 4 tuner types DVB-C, DVB-T, DVB-T2 or analogue TV. This means that only one programme can be watched, but also time-shifted.
So you mean playing media from your NAS on the TV? It's best to contact customer service, I'm not quite sure what you mean right now.... 😅
