Unfortunately, we are out of stock and do not know if and when we will receive it again. Please excuse :(
We were able to offer this item for CHF 249 before it was sold out.
For the time being, unfortunately, no more, as the camera is considered sold out. Unfortunately, we do not know if and when it can be delivered again. However, if we receive new information, we will note it in the article.
I have never tested this. Since an action camera is primarily intended for video recording, it could be that the mode automatically reverts to video after switching off and on. Regarding settings for photos, have a look at the operating instructions (p. 19): https://de.gopro.com/content/dam/help/hero5-session/manuals/HERO5Session_UM_DE_REVD_WEB.pdf
2 hours via mains socket, 4 hours via USB port from another device (laptop. PowerBank)
Hello - unfortunately no. Unfortunately, the 5 Session does not have a microHDMI port like the Black. Therefore, it cannot be connected directly (it only has a USB-C port).

According to GoPro, only 128GB memory cards are officially supported. -> https://de.gopro.com/help/articles/Block/microSD-Card-Considerations
The HERO5 has unique high performance video modes: 4K30/24, 4K24 SuperView, 2.7K48/50, 2.7K30 SuperView, 2.7K 4:3, 1440p80, 1080p120/90, 960p120 and 720p120. When using these modes, it is normal for the camera to become warm and require more battery power. When using these high performance modes in warmer ambient temperatures, the recording time of the camera may be reduced. In addition to the lack of air circulation, using the GoPro App can increase camera temperature and battery consumption, resulting in a reduction in recording time. If the camera becomes too hot, a message will be displayed on the screen indicating that the camera will be turned off. The camera will stop recording, save the video, disconnect from the GoPro Capture App and turn off. In this case, we recommend that you do not use the camera until it has cooled down. To operate the camera remotely at higher temperatures, the GoPro Remote should be used instead of the GoPro Capture App.
No infrared, only a night mode but that's not the strength of the GoPro.
No, it's not possible either. The session itself generates a WiFi signal that you can connect to via your mobile phone. As far as I know, it is not possible to connect to home WiFi with it. But it would be cool... live streaming ^^
Yes, the camera should load while you are taking pictures. Currently there is a bug that this may not be displayed correctly during operation. But technically it works in any case. Greetings Dave
The GoPro Hero 5 Session has a USB-C connection. You can find all the differences under the following link: https://de.shop.gopro.com/EMEA/cameras/
This is exactly what it says in the specifications ;-)
