The GoPro El Grande can actually be locked continuously between 38 - 97 cm. This means that there are not three sizes because there are 3 elements. Instead, depending on how the handle is locked, you can adjust the size to your liking. If you want it to be only 50 cm long, you extend it to this size and then lock it at the handle. Very simple.
