The mainboard has two connections each for any digital LED strips and analogue LED strips. So you can install practically any LED strip. (See here on page 14 for more details and page 4 to find out where to connect your strips: https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_b450-aorus-m_1001_e.pdf) For a selection of LED-strips look here (also has single LEDs, couldn't narrow it down): https://www.digitec.ch/en/s1/producttype/active-electronic-components-2572?pdo=2917-18584%3A830&tagIds=1123-773-134&take=75 A possible choice would be this Play-Zone NeoPixel: Play-Zone NeoPixel Digital RGB LED Strip 144 LED 1M White PCB Have fun in the RGB world... :D
Not to my knowledge, I bought this board before the release of the Ryzen 3 and it had a non-up-to-date version on it. This will probably still be the case. You might get one of the updated ones, but that's more like luck.

1 x CPU fan header 2 x system fan headers
You can find this information usually in the manual (page 16 in this case) : http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_b450-aorus-m_1001_e.pdf
