Which RGB strips work with this mainboard?

The mainboard has two connections each for any digital LED strips and analogue LED strips.
So you can install practically any LED strip.

For a selection of LED-strips look here (also has single LEDs, couldn't narrow it down):

A possible choice would be this Play-Zone NeoPixel:
