Some accessories from previous models are compatible. Otherwise, you can find more accessories either at https://www.garmin.ch itself, or you can also use accessories from Gopro as the mount to the housing is the same.

The VIRB Ultra 30 can receive and record data from ANT+ devices. So not only HRM, but also power meters and cadence/speed sensors of a racing bike. There are many videos about this on YouTube... google it.

This question again.... ^^ you had already written about the Gopro.
Now let's be clear... this has NOTHING to do with the camera... but ONLY with your tablet...
it also depends on what resolution and data rate you use... 4K with 60p you can forget about it...
If it is normal FullHD then your tablet should have no problem...
