The watch measures the pulse 24x7. However, when I was jogging, I noticed that the pulse is relatively inaccurate. For this reason, I bought the chest strap.
I know that the Apple Watch has (had) problems. otherwise I find statements like:
However, if you have a lot of hair on your wrist, a tattoo or a dark skin tone, the optical pulse measurement may not be very reliable.
I think it's best to contact the manufacturer's direct support team for a definitive answer.
In my opinion, you don't feel it well or it doesn't bother you.
Depending on how tight you put the strap on, you can see the position of the sensor on your skin (pressed in) when you take the watch off, but this soon goes away.

On the back it has a connector for charging, it needs the special cable from Garmin. The charging time is approx. 2 hours and lasts +-7 days (without GPS/GLONASS).
I hope I was able to help you.
Sport activity can also be displayed. The smart notifications work very well for me in the flat, i.e. the smartphone can be placed anywhere. You can also receive calls, but not phone calls.
Of course, a charging cable is also included in the scope of delivery. See also Product page -> Specifications -> Show more -> Scroll down -> Scope of delivery
There is the Garmin fenix 3 Sapphire Manufacture No: 010-01338-21 Item Number: 3827255 this has a stainless steel bracelet: Garmin fenix 3 Sapphire (GPS, Black)
HR stands for "heart rate", the W should stand for Wrist. wrist heart rate.
Garmin describes the article as follows:
Garmin technology for wrist heart rate measurement
Hello,
if you mean the width, 26mm. The length will probably vary depending on the bracelet. I recommend a look at the manufacturer's website or Google.
By the way, a question sounds much nicer in full sentences with please.
Please do it again and again.
WHR stands for Wrist Heart Rate, which means heart rate measurement on the wrist directly (it has a sensor on the watch) and HR stands for Heart Rate, which are usually models that come with a HR strap.
