Hello together. I bought the Sileno Smart City 500 a year ago. First it was defective on delivery, had to be sent in and then the electronics were replaced. Then it worked during the summer. In the autumn I hosed it down (as you are allowed to do according to the instructions as it is waterproof). Then I put it in the cellar for the winter. Now it no longer works and I have sent it back to the SERTRONICS service centre. They now say that there is water in the robot and that it is a total loss and will not be replaced under warranty. The robotic mower had already been to SERTRONIC and was no longer waterproof. Now the fault is being passed on to me as the customer and will not be replaced or repaired despite the guarantee! Has anyone else had such problems with SERTRONICS that errors in the repair department are then blamed on the customer? It's a real shame, I would have been better off getting a Landi robot, my colleague's was replaced without any problems after a defect. :-(

"Start-up (without wire laying for robotic lawnmower)" This is a joke, isn't it? Wire laying is what you mean by installing a robotic lawnmower!

The CH version has a Swiss socket and the EU version has a European socket.

I was in the same situation. I had a gateway and bought the 250. Unfortunately, you have to look carefully before you buy. I now understand that only the 500 is available as a Smart. The 250 cannot do that. There is a third provider who offers its own WLAN modules for retrofitting: https://www.robonect-shop.de/shop/robonect-hx/. These modules implement their own solution and are not compatible with Gardena Smart. If you use this solution, the existing gateway is superfluous.

Hello - the question is what they mean by accessories. Everything is included to install the robot in the garden: Charging station with power supply, boundary and guide cable + plastic pins to fix the cable in the ground. Also included are a few spare connectors in case the robot accidentally cuts the cable. Not included is the garage - a protection against sun and rain. After a while (one season) you need new blades - they are extra. Perhaps also important: the 250 robot does not have the Smart System function. It is probably not possible to retrofit it. = So if you want to control your robot via an app, the price goes up with city 500. Alternatively, there is a supplier in Germany who offers an alternative for retrofitting. Then, of course, the warranty is gone.
