We are currently unable to offer static IP addresses. We are currently evaluating whether we can offer this in the future.

I was able to do a search and we do not have a "dedicated" range extender, however the following product can be used. This model connects wirelessly to the router or can be used as an access point with the LAN connection.
TP-Link RE900XD Wi-Fi 6 WLAN Repeater AX6000, 4804 Mbit/s, 1148 Mbit/s
1) This is still being clarified but should be an option in the future
2) Cancellations/changes are always very uncomplicated with us at the end of the month
3) This is still open
4) This is currently being worked on and should be possible in the future.
The IP address you receive from Galaxus Internet is usually a private IP address. A public IP address is currently not available by default, but it is planned to offer the option of a static IP in the future.
According to my research, Sunrise uses GPON technology, which is why it is not possible to connect the Dream Machine directly to the fibre optic connection.
If I have understood the question correctly: Your current Zyxel AX7501-BS has an LC connector, while the Huawei OptiXstar EG8147X6-10 uses an SC connector according to the data sheet.
This means: Yes, the connections are different, and no, there are usually no adapters included.
The Connect Box 3 is not mesh-capable itself, but you can connect a separate mesh system via LAN cable and deactivate the WLAN of the Connect Box 3. Recommended manufacturers with good experience are TP-Link (e.g. Deco M4 or P7, works without problems) and Devolo (Mesh Wifi 2, compatible but with potential interruptions in some setups). Make sure you only connect the main mesh router directly to avoid DHCP conflicts and use an Ethernet switch if necessary. Sunrise WiFi extenders are officially compatible and create a seamless mesh with the Connect Box 3. For more experiences, check the Sunrise Community.
You can use a different router. The Connect Box 3 router supplied supports bridge mode via the web interface, whereby it serves as a pure pass-through mode and your own router takes over the network. However, there is no support from us in bridge mode.
Yes, you can take out a 200 Mbit/s plan and use your own fibre optic router. However, it is important to know that this plan is provided via HFC (Hybrid Fibre Coax) technology, not via direct fibre optic connection.
The HFC plan uses fibre optic to the cable distributor in the street and from there runs into the house via coaxial cable. The Connect Box 3 router supplied is designed for this cable connection. If you want to use your own router, it should be suitable for HFC cable connections, not for direct fibre optic connections (FTTH).
If your house has a pure fibre optic connection, it could be that the HFC subscription is not technically optimal for your situation. In this case, I recommend that you contact customer service to clarify whether the HFC subscription is available and suitable at your location.
