Aria 2 has been redesigned for greater accuracy, improved design and easy Bluetooth setup. The WiFi module is also said to be a lot stronger than its predecessor, as there were some complaints. Fitbit has also added a larger screen, which is not only brighter, but you can now display additional icons (photos, faces) and greetings.

You can actually delete "much more". Weight, body fat and BMI are recorded and stored in the Fitbit app and analysed in charts. I like the scale because, together with the Fitbit watch, I have all the data (calorie intake and consumption, steps, exercise recording, sleep recording, goals, etc.) in one app. ) in one app, but the scale itself does not record more than the three data mentioned.

As far as I can see, the scale needs Wi-Fi to upload the data to your Fitbit account. This is not done without a suitable Wi-Fi network. I have never tested whether it only works via BlueTooth. For me, it works perfectly via WLAN (Ubiquity offers great WLAN products ;-)).

the scale only weighs your weight and fat percentage. these are sent to the Fitbit app and stored where you can retrieve the data. In the app you can also enter what you have eaten and how many calories you have consumed. If you also wear a Fitbit tracker you will also see your calories burned. If you also enter what your desired weight is, the app, not the scale, will give you a recommendation of how many calories you should eat. The only smart thing about the scale is that it recognises you when you step on it. The scale is only useful if you use it with the Fitbit app together with a tracker. Any questions?
