Hey Digitec Team When will replacement parts for the Fairbuds XL be available?

What is the reason why you don't offer the spare parts for the headphones yourself and only refer to the manufacturer's shop, but sell the headphones themselves? Is the margin on the batteries not right for you or do you not get the batteries from the manufacturer?

I have had, or rather my wife that got these for her birthday last year, a rather disappointing experience with the plastic breaking where it goes into the head band. Right at that line, probably the repeated times she put It on, it now has a fine line on one side and it is already broken on the other side... I hope someone can help me figuring out if this is under warranty or not? Otherwise they work great, but apparently daily usage tends to wear the plastic fast...

Will the spare parts be added to the shop at some point?

If we use 30 of these headphones in the same room, does it work properly?

How or where can I find the spare parts for these headphones? It only makes sense to buy a replacement headphone with replaceable parts if the parts mentioned are also available. Please feel free to reply with the respective Galaxus article numbers ;)

Is the NC worse or better compared to the Wh-710N? In other words: Will I still be able to hear conversations quietly, on public transport or not?

I keep hearing that the headphones are rather small and quickly become uncomfortable for people with large ears. Is there somewhere I can try them out before I buy them?

Do the wired headphones continue to work when the battery is empty?
