Questions about Fairphone 4

Can you get your hands on the Fairphone 4 in a Digitec shop? Does anyone know where else you can get it if not there?

The Fairphone 4 is also available with "/e/OS". If I have seen it correctly, then the Fairphone 4s offered here are all equipped with the "normal" Android 11? Or have I overlooked something? If that is the case, that no Fairphone is offered with /e/OS: Are they included in the shop?

I bought the FP4 2 weeks ago and I am not sure if it is defective or if it is normal that it gets very hot in parts (it only happens when streaming with mobile data)? Do others have this problem? If so, the battery also drains very quickly.

Does the Fairphone 4 have integrated GPS?

"5G not released on Sunrise network" Can anyone confirm that you can't use Sunrise's 5G network with the Fairphone 4? Would appreciate clarification as I am looking to buy the phone but would probably like to use the 5G network in the next 5 years :)

@Digitec: How sure is the delivery date given as of today? I have been updating this page for a few days now and the earliest possible date regularly moves back a day. In the grey colour variant of the Fairphone 4, the same range of the delivery date is given, but it is highlighted in grey and not green as here.

As you know, the 5-year manufacturer's warranty is free of charge. Why does the 5-year warranty cost 93.- at digitec?

What operating system does the FP4 actually have when it is delivered? Is it the "standard" Google Android, or the Fairphone OS, which is also an Android. This is not entirely clear to me. According to the manufacturers, there is an update for the FP4. Thank you Ambros

Dear Fairphone owners Does anyone have a 5G connection with Sunrise? For me it's always 4G, I can't find any information from Sunrise. Thank you for your answer :) I have the FP4 256GB variant.

Is the information about delivery within the next 4-6 days correct or is it wrong again?

It currently says that you get a digitec connect voucher worth 348 francs with your Fairphone. You benefit from unlimited data consumption in Switzerland for 20 Fr. instead of 49 Fr. per month for 12 months. I am a digitec connect customer and already have unlimited data for 25 Fr. per month through Family + Friends. How would I benefit from the voucher?

According to the (somewhat confused) specification at digitec, you get the impression that the Fairphone 4 has 2 SIM slots and an SD card slot. On the Fairphone product page, however, it says that there are only two slots: A nano-Sim slot and a microSD slot. The second SIM is a permanently installed e-SIM. But that seems pretty important to me, because according to Comparis, there are hardly any e-SIM contracts available so far - and only with very expensive tariffs!

I pre-ordered the Fairphone 4 and they said it would be delivered in mid Nov, now they say it will be delivered between 26 Nov and 3 Dec. Will this be postponed a few more times or can I really expect it to arrive by the beginning of Dec?

Will digitec also put the device in the showroom? I would like to get my hands on the device before I buy it.

Can I buy a Fairphone 4 without a good digitec connect? Because I already have my Wingo subscription which I only pay 25 chf per month for life with unlimited internet. This fits my current income budget.

Is the digital connect Gutschein binding or not? Can one just buy the phone without any monthly subscription fees?

Why does this Fairphone cost only 539 eur plus 9 eur shipping to Switzerland? Otherwise, mobile phones here are often not (so much) more expensive than in the rest of Europe.
